Patrick flanigan, real deal His gun fu very strong. Bob munden, quick hands and a bag of tricks.
He was firing blanks at baloons. blanks at that close of range, especially at full charge, will act like bird shot, so he dosen't have to be as accurate, his kung fu is paper dragon, he sure is fast though.
I have seen his technique demonstrated at wild west shows, even with half charge blanks you can put pepper holes in tin cans at 8ft. Noted as a safety precaution, and demonstration of why blanks are still dangerous. (just ask Jason lee)

If you've seen Cris Costa or Travis Haley unload their pistols at a target you'ed be scared to be on the receiving end. With how fast and accurately they can empty a clip and reload, I think they deserve a mention.
