I'm trying to lighten up my m16 so I want to swap out the A2 stock with a magpul PTS MOE stock, I need a buffer tube with it and Im thinking of going with the King Arms lithium battery stock pipe.  Just wondering if this is all I need to complete the swap?  And of course a small lipo battery.  Thanks for any input .........Axe

You'll probably also want a sling plate to go with it... unless you don't want your weapon slung.

http://airsoft-club.com/shop/external-upgrade/grip-stock/stock/gmod-buttstockbuttpad-for-marui-m4-m16-black-gp915b <- One Stop Shop, though it isn't an MOE.

I know that if you get a G&P battery buffer tube you can fit a Mil-Spec Real Steel MOE/CTR stock on it.

seeing as I just did this, the problem youre gonna run into is youre body isnt made to support the buffer tube rear wire, youll have to saw off all but 1inch of the stock nub on your body, then dremmel a path for your wires,  now im not sure of  the sr series wire sets, but my original wire set wasnt made to go through a buffer tube, so youre gonna want to get a wire set that doesnt have a tamiya plug immediately after the exit the body, so the wires will flow into the tube, from there the only battery that fits in the tube is 11.1 1200mah, now the firefox battery sticks out of the tube like a 1/2 inch, but the kings and hot power batteries fit nicely, im  unsure of how the firefoxs protrusion affects your stock collapsibility.  used these for my external parts:

buffer tube: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/accessories/stocks/aeg/element-lithium-battery-stock-pipe-for-m4-aeg.html
I highly reccomend over the king arms because this tube has a port cut out on the side for wire/ plugs

stock: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/accessories/stocks/aeg/ares-vltor-clubfoot-mod-stock-black.html

next time im out youll see this set up in action 2 Thumbs Up*burst* 2 Thumbs Up

Priest please send me pics, I got all my stuff and now I see what you mean after I took the stock off there is no way the wires can go in the buffertube without making a hole somewhere, i'd like to see how you did it.  thanks axe

You can change your wire set plugs to Deans connectors which you can buy at Eureka Hobbies. You'll just need to solder new connectors onto your existing wire set.
