Hello Dexon,

What brand is the shotgun? Most spring powered, airsoft shotty's are not really serviceable beyond cleaning. When you say "it like jammed" do you mean that you can no longer rack it back and fire? Does it rack back fine but nothing comes out when you pull the trigger? (IE:you have a BB jammed in the barrel) Any info you can give us will help us help you.

it is  an m183-a3 gold arrows

i cant rack it back but as far as i know it is in the shooting position already back then forward.

the trigger feels detached. I can see a few bbs still in the fire dock thing  but thats normally whats there. I followed all the instructions that came with it as best i could and i didn't work

this is the site i got it from

I am sure you have checked this but the safety is off right? Did the gun arrive working and then jam or did it start off this way? Did the trigger ever feel stuck then "give" and not provide any resistance after it "gave?" I am unfortunately unfamiliar with that brand and model's internals but I can guess that there is a high percentage of plastic parts that could have easily broken. It would be my guess that you will not be able to "repair" that shotgun due to it being designed for low cost and not reliability.
